i have naturally wavy long hair, and i part my hair to the side. i have a roundish face. i was wondering what type of bangs would fit my hairstyle/face shape? i want them to be long, so i can pull back my hair %26amp; also, so i can put them behind my ears. i dont want to have to straighten them everyday, but i probably will if i get them. my mom said i would hate them. but i think theyd look cute! she wont let me, but im trying to convince her. what type of bangs would work with my face? HELP

I'm usually a HUGE fan of bangs, but I think you look great without them. Bangs are somewhat on the out, and a center part is coming back in.

i think you would look good with shorter side swept bangs. if the are long enough to put behind your ears, they wont look as good.

You are honestly way too pretty. Don't hide your face at all!!

I think that you would make yourself look older because it is vintage 80's-90's style, especially with your long curly hair. You may be stylish and cutting edge with bangs, but not everyone would appreciate it and may mistake you for being behind (instead of ahead) of the times, stylistically speaking.

I am sorry, I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but it is my honest opinion.

you could probably pull off straight across bangs, but they might cause your forehead to break out

side bangs are also an option, but they can get annoying sometimes

It's so annoying when mom's do that! It's OUR choice if we wanna get bangs or buy these clothes or do whatever. It's our bodies, not theirs! o well, we gotta love our parents.

i think you look great the way you are now... if you really want to cut ur hair, get it layered wit ur fringe up to about ur chin or mouth.. but i think u look perfect now..

Wow this is a toughie considering that you look good already with your natural part.

Hmmm, I would definately suggest getting the straight,(bowl cut) bangs in the front, about eyebrow lenght. The straightness of the bangs will contrast very nicely with your wavy hair and long face.

I don't really suggest getting side bangs, as they are going gradually out of style.

I think side bangs are the PERFECT kind of bangs for ur situation (lol..its not rlly a situation....but i feel like a fashion doctor) If you get them done, ask the person to make them a little longer, so when u dont wear them as side bangs, u can put it up. Here's examples:

i love your hair just the way it is. i think you should avoid bangs because you look awesome without them and you mentioned you don't want the hassle of straightening them

arielle ur really pretty and bangs would only make u prettier.

so go for it-

start out with long bangs an see if u like them,if not then u can easily grow them back.

[one thing tho,if u get bangs, b/c ur hair is wavy, u'll need to straighten them out]

make sure u condition and add serum and oils to the part u'll be ironing to avoid split ends.

You have two cowlicks, one on each side. If you get bangs, your stylist will have to allow for them to pop up a lot, so make sure you get your bangs cut starting at the top of your cheek.

PS My hair is exactly your texture but shoulder length and I have a cowlick on one side. I just gave myself side bangs but only on the side that its parted to. I started the side swept bang at the bridge of my nose and have to straighten them or clip them up which looks cute, but I can never leave them or they bounce up sooooo much and they curl under ewww.
