2 strand cornrows,what is it called?and is there and detailed how-to instructions wit pictures mabey

aaiight i know how to braid hair to da scalp using 3 strands of hair.but i seen this picture and it looked as if only 2 strands were used to braid this one cornrow style, i even heard of 1 strand cornrows to..can somone please please tell me what that style is called and if there is any detailed instructions possibly with pictures so that i can learn how to do it.im tired of the regular cornrows and i wanna try something new..thanks

i am a braider also, and if you have ever done twists to the scalp, you can do them going all the way down to the nape of the neck-like regular cornrows. you begin with two strands and you begin twisting, grabbing more hair on the way down as you go-just like cornrows.

Those are called flat twists.. I did a google search for flat twists and looked at Images and found a few..
