Anyone have a combo or just one of the two type hair and use Paul Mitchell The conditioner and the sculpting foam? How does it work for you? Does it prevent frizz and does it hold up well throughout the day?

It works, but it's VERY drying. Either you'd have to deep condition your hair at least once a week, or only use it about every other day. (I don't know about you, but I can't afford to "take a day off" with 3c/4a hair!)
What I really like is John Freida's DownPlay. It stops the frizz, holds up all day, and my hair isn't as poofy. I use that and a leave-in conditioning cream. Hope this helps. :-)
